How We Produce
To ensure high product quality and performance, we select 6061-T6 or 3003-grade aluminum alloy, ensuring both thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. The mounting flanges and end caps are CNC-machined for precise assembly and easy installation. Accuracy is controlled to within ±0.1 mm, ensuring a perfect match with the original parts. Every product undergoes multiple inspections before shipment, including dimensional testing, strength testing, and airtightness testing, to ensure that every product meets quality standards.
