The B10 CuNi 90/10 seawater engine intercooler is designed for marine engines, coastal power plants, offshore platforms, and other seawater-cooled engine applications. Seawater flows inside the B10 copper-nickel tubes while charge air passes across the external finned surface, providing efficient heat transfer with improved resistance to seawater-side corrosion.
The complete cooling assembly can be customized with tinned copper fins, nickel-plated copper-iron composite tube sheets, and a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, providing a durable material system for long-term coastal and marine service.
