How We Produce
Each aftercooler begins with advanced CAD modeling and thermal simulation to optimize airflow and cooling efficiency, We use high-grade aluminum alloys for excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, fin and tube assemblies are manufactured with precision to maximize heat transfer surface area, vacuum brazing ensures a leak-free and strong bond between components. Critical joints are reinforced through TIG or MIG welding, every unit undergoes high-pressure testing and air-tightness inspection to ensure zero leakage, all components are assembled, inspected, and tested according to strict quality standards before packaging.
