Manufacturing Process of Engine Radiators—From Raw Copper to High-Performance  Cooling  Systems

1. Raw Material Selection & Processing

High-quality radiators start with premium raw materials, forming the foundation for efficient heat transfer.

The radiator core, as the heart of the cooling system, is made of high-purity copper tubes and fins. These are processed and welded with precision to form a stable and efficient structure.

To ensure tight bonding between tubes and fins, each core undergoes manual inspection and pressure testing, guaranteeing zero leakage before delivery.

2. Cleaning & Degreasing

After mechanical brazing and manual secondary welding, residues such as flux and oil remain on the surface.
A standardized cleaning process is applied to thoroughly remove impurities, reducing corrosion risk and ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards.

3. Tank Fabrication & Surface Treatment

After cutting, bending, and polishing, the tank frame cannot be assembled directly due to surface contaminants.
It undergoes pickling and phosphating to remove impurities, followed by drying and powder coating. These processes significantly improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and overall product lifespan.

4. Airflow & Performance Testing

Before delivery, each assembled radiator is subject to final inspection, followed by airflow and air pressure testing.
This ensures that the cooling performance meets real operating requirements and customer expectations. From raw copper to finished product, every radiator undergoes multiple manufacturing stages, strict inspections, and detailed quality control.
