Cores are constructed from high-conductivity copper tubes and aluminum fins, assembled using precision brazing and mechanical expansion for superior strength and leak resistance. 3D thermal simulation and airflow optimization are applied to enhance cooling efficiency and ensure uniform temperature control. Every cooler undergoes pressure, vibration, and thermal cycle testing to meet industrial generator standards. The finished units are inspected, calibrated, and packaged for safe export.
