10 Units of MAN 18V48 Engine Radiators Successfully Shipped – Custom Cooling System Designed for Power Plants

Sinrui Radiator has successfully delivered a batch of 10 horizontal radiators specially designed for MAN 18V48 diesel engines to a large power plant customer in South America. This delivery represents the first batch of the order, with subsequent batches currently in progress as planned.

This marks the 20th custom cooling project that Sinrui has provided for large-scale power plants, demonstrating our extensive engineering experience and the trust we have earned in the field of power station cooling.

It is worth noting that the first unit of the same radiator model was successfully installed at the customer's power plant site two months ago and has been operating continuously and stably ever since. To date, the unit has delivered excellent performance, achieving at least 6°C of additional cooling compared to other older radiators currently in use at the customer's facility under the same operating conditions. This difference not only highlights the leading heat exchange efficiency of Sinrui products but also validates the reliability of our engineering design and manufacturing processes.

For this batch of 10 radiators, the Sinrui engineering team performed precise heat load calculations and customized structural designs based on the customer's actual on-site operating parameters, ensuring that each unit fully meets the cooling requirements of the MAN 18V48 engine. Additionally, we selected internationally renowned WEG motors to guarantee sustained stability and low maintenance costs under high-load, long-duration operation.
