How We Produce
From ISO-9001-certified supply chain to final dry cooler delivery, every SINRUI dry cooler undergoes full-process monitoring. Raw materials (including copper tubes and steel frames) are strictly inspected first, followed by robotic finning and bending of coils, and precision welding of frames. The product then undergoes rigorous leak testing, pressure testing, and thermal performance verification, ensuring it is factory-ready for long-term, trouble-free operation.
