Superior Thermal Performance: Equipped with high-density, heavy-gauge finned-tube heat exchanger cores (corrosion-resistant aluminum fins + seamless copper tubes) to maximize heat transfer area and thermal conductivity, ensuring efficient heat dissipation even at ambient temperatures up to 58℃.
Rugged & Vibration-Resistant Construction: Housings fabricated from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel with reinforced welding, designed to withstand high vibration (common in marine/industrial settings) and resist corrosion from salt spray, dust, and industrial chemicals.
Low-Noise & Energy-Efficient Operation: Integrated with low-noise, heavy-duty axial fans driven by TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled) motors (IP55/IP65 protection class), offering quiet operation (≤76 dB(A) at 10m) while minimizing power consumption. VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) compatibility available for demand-based speed adjustment and further energy savings.
