Mitsubishi S6R-MPTK
The Mitsubishi S6R-MPTK marine engine utilizes a dual-circuit indirect seawater cooling system. This system enables compact packaging, precise temperature control, and long component life, even in vessels operating continuously.
Features
High-Temperature (HT) Circuit – Fresh water removes heat from the engine block, cylinder head, and turbocharger before flowing through an integrated plate heat exchanger, where seawater removes the heat.
Low-Temperature (LT) Circuit – A separate stream of fresh water cools the charge air cooler (intercooler); this fresh water is itself cooled by a second stage of seawater within the same heat exchanger assembly.
Seawater Circuit – A gear-driven seawater pump draws raw water through filters, then through the low-temperature section, then the high-temperature section, before being discharged overboard, completely isolating the engine's metal components from the corrosive seawater.

Maintance and Service
Pressure Proof: 100% line-tested to 1.5× max working pressure; zero leaks, zero surprises.
24-Month Promise: Warranty twice the market standard—run it hard, we've got the next two years covered.
How We Produce
From ISO-9001 foundry to finished core, every SINRUI radiator is watched at each step—raw material stamped, robot-welded, then run through leak, pressure and thermal gauntlets—so it ships ready for long, fault-free hours.
