We employed Computer-Aided Engineering for dynamic stress analysis, implementing targeted reinforcements in key stress concentration areas of the radiator frame and tube sheets. All major structural welds are performed by robots, ensuring weld penetration and consistency far exceed manual welding standards. This anti-vibration design has been validated on test benches that simulate the engine's actual vibration profile, effectively resisting metal fatigue from long-term operation and eliminating vibration-induced cracks and leaks.
