How We Produce
Each aftercooler undergoes advanced CAD modeling and thermal simulation to optimize airflow and cooling efficiency. We use high-quality aluminum alloy, which features excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Fin and tube assemblies are precision-manufactured to maximize heat transfer surface area. Vacuum brazing ensures leak-free and robust bonding between components, while critical joints are reinforced with TIG or MIG welding.
