Radiator Model 228-0831 is specifically designed for the CAT 775B Mining Truck. When hot compressed air flows through the core, thermal energy is transferred from the air to the inner walls of the tubes. The fins facilitate efficient thermal conduction by expanding the contact area between the air and the tube walls, which in turn maximizes overall cooling efficiency. Subsequently, the thermal energy transferred to the tube walls is dissipated into the ambient air as the air passes over the fins.

How We Produce
Our aftercoolers use advanced CAD modeling and thermal simulation to optimize airflow and cooling efficiency. We adopt high-grade aluminum alloy for excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance (key for durability).
Fin-and-tube assemblies are precision-made to boost heat transfer area; vacuum brazing ensures leak-free, strong component bonding, with critical joints reinforced by TIG/MIG welding for extra reliability.
