To ensure efficient and safe operation of the MITSUBISHI S12R-F1PTAW2 generator system, Sinrui custom-designed and delivered four high-performance shell-and-tube heat exchangers to ADNOC, specifically built to withstand extreme offshore environments and ensure long-term, stable heat exchange.

Design & Performance

This shell-and-tube heat exchanger is specially engineered for the MITSUBISHI S12R-F1PTAW2 generator used in offshore environments. It features C5-M marine-grade anti-corrosion coating and integrated zinc anodes for internal protection. Both shell and tube sides were hydrostatically tested at 0.6 MPa for 60 minutes to ensure pressure integrity.

·Durable construction: Carbon steel with C5-M epoxy coating for high resistance in saline air.

·Corrosion protection: Zinc rods prevent internal galvanic corrosion.

·Compact structure: Easy integration with flanged nozzles and lifting lugs.
