Radiator Model 488-9086 is specifically designed for the CAT 993K Wheel Loader. The aftercooler core is a critical component in the cooling system of turbocharged or supercharged engines. It cools compressed intake air after the air passes through the turbocharger or supercharger—this process directly improves engine performance and efficiency. Functioning as a heat exchanger, it extracts heat from the hot compressed air and dissipates that heat to the ambient air.

How We Produce
Each aftercooler undergoes advanced CAD modeling and thermal simulation to optimize airflow and cooling efficiency. We use high-quality aluminum alloy, which boasts excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Fin and tube assemblies are precision-manufactured to maximize heat transfer surface area. Vacuum brazing ensures leak-free and robust bonding between components, while critical joints are reinforced with TIG or MIG welding.
Every unit undergoes high-pressure testing and airtightness inspection to guarantee zero leakage. All components are assembled, inspected, and tested to strict quality standards prior to packaging.
